Title explains it all. Being capable of chatting after dying while waiting to respawn. For all I know it could just be me with this problem, but for some reason I can't get the chat working when I am dead and respawning... I hope others have this problem so that I don't seem like a complete newbie now.
I don't see the reason you should bother pressing console and write "say _Insert_" when you already have a button on your keyboard that's supposed to be an instant access to the chat... Ohwell. BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK =[
More important though is your voice chat bind won't work when respawning unless (possibly) you were holding it down at the point of death and don't let go.
