Before I go insane: How do I rotate the map view by holding my mouse wheel in?

I can't find anything in the key mapper about this and it drives me bonkers, I don't want pole lock, I don't want to press N, I just want to rotate my screen like any other 3d fps, how do I do this and how do I key map it to my mouse?

hold on you mean like freecam?

If you want to rotate the view normally, press ctrl + left/right arrow keys.

Can't control the camera with the mouse sadly. It would be far more convenient.

Those icon's, is that a mod? If so, where can I get it?

It also doesn't rotate around itself.
