Hello, came up with an idea a while ago:

What if either the basic or the advanced combat fabricator were an area heal combat fab? It's have either multiple slower working lathes whilst the other one would have the faster, single target lathe. One would be used for healing large armies, especially if the units within are cheaper, the other would be for higher metal cost units, they'd be great for healing something like a Vanguard for example, the other would be good for an army of T1 bots..

    Just brain storming! :D

nah. they assist sufficiently fast to get to all in need in time already.

I don't want them to be that much better.

Yes but that version still needs a nerf. :p (and a buff to health.)

why a buff to health? they rpair each other that's like extra health already.

Pfft.. barely, my combat fabs should be for repairing my combat units, not eachother. They are as fragile as a normal fabber, one tank shell and it's 700+ metal down the drain.

Edit: Also because they have low health and very high metal cost, they are also healed very slowly, because healing is connected to metal, and not health.

I'd like to see combat fabbers have a less drastic role, and a weaker AoE repair might help with that.
