FAR OUT!!! Just gave the Linux client a test (Debian), and after having to upgrade libc from 2.13 to 2.17, IT RAN! I couldn't believe it! No crashes for the first two games I played. The first one I think was with some noobs, because I actually won. For the second one, Petard was in there - who ended up winning. I rushed him early on (it wasn't me that asked for no rushing!), and of course that didn't work out so well. I was sandwiched, thwarted by Petard, and got my butt stomped by another player. Good playing you Petard! The first of many, I hope! Good job, Uber - excellent work so far. I'm amazed at how well the game performed with my currently limited bandwidth (0.5Mbps download!). The potential of this game gives me goosebumps!
