PAX showed me some cool upcoming games. I'd like to be shown more. Here are the ones I saw at PAX. Faeria I knew about this before PAX, but it's one of the best hex games I've seen in a while. TCG/Hex grid game mix that's been in development for 4 years apparently. Awesome for people who like hex strategy or card games. No buying boosters too, so it's cheapish. I can hook people up with keys for this if they're interested. Crypt of the Necrodancer Coolest game I hadn't heard of before PAX. Rhythm rougelike that lets you import your own mp3s. You can use a DDR pad. Contrast Interesting 3d puzzle platformer where you can go into shadows to get places. Depending on how they make the levels it could be either awesome puzzles or a bland platformer. Tiny Brains A game trolls best friend. Co-op puzzle game where every person has an individual role that's necessary. Play with friends or prepare to never get anything done. Chromancer A CCG I'd like to see succeed because of how they're working their model and the deckbuilding setup is very interesting. Unfortunately they seem to be floundering in their Kickstarter. I'm guessing because the UI the game uses right now is terribad. So, any cool games I'm missing?
