Will we have the old move-only auto-fire command from TA or a attack-move command like C&C or SC2

    Why not both?
Patrol in TA basically worked like attack-move.

I'd rather see an attack all units in an area command a bit like what Homeworld had, so you hit A to attack then dragging a box around all the units/buildings you want to attack. An attack move seems kind of redundant in PA if it follows the same style as TA and SupCom where units shoot while moving anyway, or would the attack move affect unit behavior such that they chase down enemy units they encounter instead of just continuing to move to the destination?

Sup Com had both, so I see no reason why PA wouldn't.

Why not have all three? Move, Attack-Move and area attack command. All are useful.

If you want to keep advancing without your units running far into enemy units or if you are using long range artillery Attack Move is really useful.
Units will probably chase down enemy units if they have an Attack-Move command or if they are on patrol and they are set to Manouver and not Hold Position like in TA.
