Assault without acc/rof

I wanna try some different assault builds but the ones i want to try are without acc an rof. Does anyone use this class without rof or acc? If so what do you use instead?

Wheras you MIGHT be able to hit something without accuracy, don't you even damn think of running an assault without at least bronze RoF.

you could try either armor or skill at gold and the other at silver but besides acc/rof im not sure what endorsement for bronze maybe crit to help out for lack of ROF

If you are going to go without accuracy or RoF, I think you would need a build that would have
Gold Armor/Silver Skill Recovery/Bronze whatever you want.

Oh, so it is acceptable at bronze? I heard silver. Cause I was fiddling around with experimental classes and only had space for RoF at bronze.

I've been playing with Armor/Regen/Accuracy in random pubs. It's fun.

Sub acc for skill if you don't want it.

It's fun spamming bombs and you can still kill with the AR if absolutely necessary.

I already have that build in one of my slots, i have found that the AR without at least silver rof is pretty much not worth having. Thanks for your comment though.

When im just goofing around I use Gold-skill recovery Silver-amour Bronze-regen. basically fly around stick ppl, then charge three them whilst they are stuck = self splod-a-pro. good times. did this on spunky sept i hit a support back into his spawn and got a double kill with it.

Most assault builds have RoF, but kckzi and PeachyPony both run Armor/Accuracy/Skill. They're the only good players I know that don't run RoF on the assault. removing both accuracy and RoF would probably be too much of a nerf to the AR, but if you want to try something like that I would recommend Armor/Skill/Health or Armor/Health/Skill. Clip size would be the only other endorsement that I would recommend for the assault, but I wouldn't recommend running it without RoF or Accuracy.

Try crit/skill/armor, or crit/armor/skill. It makes your upgrades crazy effective, max out your passive and a majority of your shots are going to be crits. Also more effective against bots and turrents, but only more effective against pros if you're at shorter distances.

I have four assault builds,

1) Rof/acc/clip

2) Crit/rof/acc/clip

3) Armor/rof/acc

4) Skill/rof/acc

If im playing a good team or just some good heavies i will use my armor or crit build. My favourite class is #1 as it makes your AR work perfect which is why i like assault. Only thing with this class is that you have to be very careful and must have eyes in the back of your head and retreat from most fights which dont go your way quickly.

I did try a class without acc and or rof and it just wasnt for me.

idk, normally i dislike armor at gold, but gold skill, silver armor, and bronze rate, are good endorsements. i think i like this class, most balanced for using all of its abilities and weapons in my opinion.

or switch armor and skill, up to you. and tell me if that class doesnt kick ***.

No acc is a no go for me. My main class is #1 from my list and ill run that all the time unless im struggling or im bored. Plus bronze rate basically means the grenade launcher is poop. If i use gold rof with it i can catch a lot of snipers or gunners out and even supports turtling.

Im sure your build is good but ive tried loads of setups and found those 4 to the best for me. Thanks for your suggestion though, and remember its always better to wear a shirt than no to.

In our FraggedNation tournament match, I ran Gold Armor/Silver Acc/Bronze Clip and ended going 19-2. Without RoF, you have to rely on your bomb for damage so you can finish them off quickly. Level 3 Bomb+1/3 of a clip of AR = dead enemy.

I use armor/skill/speed and do plenty good...but only works well if you can stick people alot with those bombs give it a try

No offence but using sprint in any slot seems like a waste of an endorsement as the assault is one of the most mobile pros, i wouldnt use sprint at all.

Umm like you just said assaults are the most mobile class why not make them quicker? Quicker 2 kill and get away how is that a wast like I said all I do is stick peoe with bombs so that speed helps me get away don't ask for new builds then shoot them down right away

speed endorsements are in general considered a waste because when you pick up a foot pickup, it gives you +1 speed endorsement until you die.

I'm just saying what works for me I like the little speed boost 2 start and yes when you pick up boots they do stay for the time your alive but if you already have speed just make you faster so I'll end with that's why we have custom classes and build and what might work for me might not work for you
