   Just to make this short and to the point, I belive that the assaults passive level 3 should increase his range before damage fall-off occurs. As it stands right now, lvl 3 barely makes a difference at all in overall usefulness.

   If you want to own as Assault on longer ranges, then use GOLD Acc and ADS often
