    since when did i say that there was free rights on this piece. there is a reason why ripping is a bannable offence on all graphics websites.

    You need to create the entire image for you to have creator rights, or at least borrowed rights from the image developers. I have made many sigs and i have no rights over any of them. This also goes for brushes, background images, and graphical/designed images. You took your image from a freeze frame on a youtube video ;) You have the same rights as someone who wants to use that same sig.
