Assassin Lunge (Not the cutting short)

Ok this has happened to me multiple times now, where sometimes randomly in a match i can no longer lunge.. like not at all, not even an animation, just no lunge at all. Now i know it is not my controller because i can switch to my Shuriken and reload.. using the same button for Lunge.

I've had games where I can't lunge, dash, slash, or use my S. Launcher. Kinda crippling.

This happened to me last night in pub matches on both Lazer Razor and Spunky Cola.
In addition, on Spunky I went to grapple a Support, did so, and then had the dreaded Assassin glitch where I was frozen in place INVINCIBLE for a good 30 seconds while the rest of his squad stood around me firing and whiffing grapples.

I exited the game and SURPRISE SURPRISE, got some neg karma on my profile for "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" and "Quit Early."
