Im not sure how this bug or glitch is created but some guy i was playing against used this glitch. He was able to dash at very fast speeds continuously and he was in stealth mode all the time. The only way to kill him was to be near turrets and letting him grapple you. You couldn't shoot him at all unless he grapples someone. I guess he told some people on his team about this glitch and some of them started doing this and won the game very easliy.
Yes it is a glitch that can also be done with other classes' skills as well. Its something that I'm pretty sure Uberent is working on fixing. Hopefully in the coming Title Update such things will be fixed.
