As it says in the last line of your email: *You'll receive the Theta Commander if you pledged $20 (or $15 early bird) or more via Kickstarter or PayPal. So you don't need to anything unless you do want to pre-order.
They only sent that email out to inform everyone that preorders are available. Don't worry. If you pledged money via kickstarter, you'll still receive the game and all rewards. Source
