Area commands are very hard/impossible to see underwater

as you can see area comands are hard to see because there rendered under the water, or even disappear in deep water

Actually this need to be called "EVERYTHING are very hard/impossible to see underwater"

I'm checked your and previous issues and merged all of them into PA#2717.

Same Problem to See the Range of a turret for example, can't see anything on water.
