I dont know if they are bugged or not or if I misread the achievement requirements. For Example: I have 1/5 from Technological Terror (Destroy five enemy planets with annihilasers) but I dont have Fully Operational (Activate an annihilaser). This doesnt make sense. And another: I have 7,200 / 28,800 in Fanatic(Watch competitive play for eight hours as a spectator) but only 1,477 / 7,200 in Enthusiast(Watch competitive play for two hours as a spectator). This makes sense if the last(bigger) achievement starts to track after the first one is achieved but this doesnt explain the first example. ps: By the way, I have blown up more than 1 planet with the lazer so it doesnt track the number correctly either.
I think you have to kill planets with enemy presense on it. Just shooting un-colonized planets propably does not work. Some might also be limited to PvP only.
Maybe with the first example a shared teammate fired the annihilasor and that Fully operational only counts when you press the button? For my fully operational worked like I expected, a few days ago.
I played with an Ai against 2 Ai's and I was the one who pressed the button. I even made a youtube video about it so I'm positive. I just think that the wording in the achievement is a bit wrong and I'm missing a little detail.
