For some reason when I switch over to my TV, I lose controller (wired 360 pad) support for the menus, but once I'm in game, it's fine (although I cant use the pad to choose a pro). Any suggestions for the settings for running on a TV?
I'm playing on my tv with a 360 pad and I think I may be having some of the problems you are. It's like the mouse is interfering with the gamepad for menu selection. Sometimes moving the cursor off the side of the screen works, sometimes I've just got to use my mouse. Never had it happen in pro selection, but I do have it happen in the server select screen, the custom class design screen, etc.
I've seen the same thing. Whenever a menu is brought up it centers the mouse cursor on the screen, which for a lot of the menus is on a menu option. This then disables gamepad support for navigating the menus until the cursor is moved away.
