We use the Unreal Engine, so if you have a copy of Unreal Tournament 3 or download the UDK (Unreal Development Kit) you'll have access to essentially the same tools we used. Epic's UDN (Unreal Development Network) site has a bunch of tutorials on how to use the tools and get you started on building stuff. For Monday Night Combat we have some custom stuff for setting up Blitz or Crossfire levels which we'll hopefully have a bit of documentation written up for it when we release the editor.
I'm able to download that, but if i do will i have the privilege to start making maps, or would we have to wait for your version to come out? if so, im getting to this ASAP. Thanks Uber, you guys are awesome!
Most of what you build with the UDK you should be able to export and import in to MNC, you may even be able to look at some of the content in MNC, but you won't be able to create anything in UDK that can be directly used in MNC.
yes, i can already begin changing and making stuff, but it would help if i had somebody else who knew the directions to get it to run in mnc publish that information. meanwhile, im just looking thru files finding things myself.
