Nahhh, you just lead them on and play dumb and gullible. I had one going for about an hour, completely confused as to why nothing was working on my computer.

...I mean, I was following all of his instructions to the letter. We decided that I should reboot my computer while he passed me on to his supervisor. None of the windows and messages were right, and when I went to press the Windows Key, nothing happened.
