With the addition of hover units and the ability to put torpedo launchers on land water maps seem like the better way to play this game.

Torpedo launchers are an awesome t1 defense but have really obvious counters (hovers and air)

Submarines feel really good and powerful but have really obvious weaknesses (can't hit land, torpedo launchers are very good vs them, can get bombed or ignored by hover units)

T2 is really powerful and since the builders are faster and more efficient and the gamepace is slower you do often go T2.

Naval has really good hp and AA + large hitboxes, which makes t1 air far less powerful.

Hover units including kaiju feel very good to use but have nice counters too (kraken :p)

Commander feels more powerful underwater thanks to his torpedo launcher and his ability to build torpedo launchers. He's also not nearly as annoying to maneuver due to lack of CSG underwater and ships going over him.

I can't think of an RTS that makes naval feel that awesome :D

I wish boats moved a bit better.

They always seem a bit weird to me, turning left and right constantly.

I just wish my new mouse had a wheel that worked, as I can't zoom in properly with my new one.

Not sure how to clean it without snapping it in half just to get inside.

I don't know if PA is more balanced on water, but your Blood-alcohol readings on the other hand...

Your not drunk, naval has always been the ugly step child that Uber has been hitting with a shovel to try and make presentable and besides the top 10 not shuffling much a lot of the lower skill matches (mine) have been alot more mobile and non stagnant :D

I got to say I think I agree (and drunk haha) Ive never had more fun playing naval maps than I have now. To play them is like getting a break from mass air. I have to say that the changes in Titan has taken both naval and lava maps to a new level. Creeds to Uber for adding more overlaps from naval to land visa versa to break stalemate and create more strategical and interesting gameplay. I still think there is more milk in the cow though, so lets hope they have even more goodies up their sleeves.

My only requests to improve this further.... Let naval factories build drifters, and let the adv vehicle factory build kaiju :p

The only naval warfare worth mentioning is Red Alert 3's sonic attack dolphins.

    Those fecking Brits.

It's definitely less balanced simply because Barracudas wreck everything except hover units.

Torpedo launchers (specially put on land), any unit that can shoot land to water, bombers...

But yeah, they're the superiority fighters of the sea :p
