    Do you have a special "PopUp Blocker" or "NoScript Extension"?
    Maybe this cause the issue. It works for me @ Firefox.

    For those who just want the music in a 320kbs MP3 format:
    <link removed by moderator>
    Added some track info as well, for your convinience :)

    Same with Cola_Colin and everyone: Uber have just to give a sign and I'll remove it from my server.

    [edit] which they did :oops:

    This borders on a question that interests me.

    Distribution and sharing issues aside, are there any legal implications to ripping music (or other content) from a game in order to appreciate it separately? I'm pretty sure that the answer is no, but I'm curious to see if anybody else knows more about it. To me, it seems that if the player already has licence to use the software then the content creator does not have the right to dictate precisely how a paid for customer enjoys their product (the most relevant case I know of is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lewis_Galoob_Toys,_Inc._v._Nintendo_of_America,_Inc, but i could be completely mistaken).

    Does anyone know about this from a more authoritative perspective? I've no legal background, and it is extremely easy to armchair-lawyer over potential copyright infringements. It is also entirely possible that no definitive precedent or law has been set on this matter.

    Yeah for the mp3 Version. :)

    I think at least for some games you can buy the soundtrack. So freely sharing it would hurt that kind of revenue generation. You have to consider that those files are available to everyone, even to people who do not "own" a copy of PA. Uber has the copyright on this stuff, so it should be quite obvious that they have the rights on it and could take legal steps.
    Since Uber definitely knows about this thread (they do read their own forums a lof :)) and also about another thread that shares the music on youtube they seem to be fine with it.

    Well all of us Alpha guys should be getting the soundtrack anyway - according to Kickstarter.

    But maybe that's the other question, it simply says, soundtrack, it doesn't state what version of the sound track we should get. Maybe there is a point to be made that Alpha should be everything including the soundtrack. The must be expecting us to comment on soundtrack so why not just let us have it mp3 format as it progresses - so just like the rest of the Alpha we can play it easily and response with our thoughts.

    Guys, just you know, please feel free to extract files and start learning how to mod them, but it is wildly inappropriate to be distributing any assets from the game. We'd ask for you to please take them down. These assets are all incredibly alpha, and it's just.. a little on the weird side for you guys to be distributing them in any public manner.

    This is not a "we're gonna lawyer up on you" but more a "could you not do this"? People who should have access to these files, do. You're playing the alpha. :)

    Generally speaking ripping the soundtrack and putting it up on youtube is NOT ALLOWED. We are discussing this internally to decide what we are going to do about it but ripping this stuff without permission isn't really cool.
