Alpha bug: no player able to move vehicles, bots etc.

Latest build, just started my first game, was able to place several buildings before others had trouble moving bots/vehicles etc. I was also unable to move eventually, also unable to continue to build or produce vehicles.

Interesting effect where my commander wandered off backwards for a while, one of the construction bots just drove around in circles.

As a side note, am I in the right spot for bug reporting?
