Allow skill upgrading while respawning

    It would be nice if you could upgrade skills while waiting to spawn rather then wasting time standing in the respawn.

    I would adjust this to have an option to purchase skills without accessing the GUI. Or maybe just in addition to purchasing while in the queue.

    it would be nice to not get blocked in the beginning by all the people who take 3 steps forward into the tunnel THEN stop to upgrade..
