PA has been the #1 Steam Top seller quite a few times already - which has pleasantly surprised me.
I am pretty sure the lack of players stems from the fact that the game was very early at those times (even I didn't play it at all even though I am a huge fan), with people waiting for the final experience.

When PA was on big sale first time there was 5000 peak.

I am not trying to be negative nancy. However, I think it might be the cost steadily going down. An expensive piece of hardware like PA, with plenty of time to sell at their expensive peak, is prime for a really steep summer sale, and that summer sale probably pushed reganomics to 11 and fetched more than the high price even, because everyone wants to buy anything worth $40 for $17.

It is a fine excuse, I bought RPGMAKERXVACE for that reason and haven't touched it once. It was $20 one day when it is usually actually $80 or something.

I bought 3 copies myself, I've been waiting for an opportunity to get in PA and this was it.
