I have a bit of a problem. If you look closely, you might be able to see it too. Those black squares are metal spots. The commander is somewhere in there too. I have tried re-installing the game and turning the visual settings up to uber (much to the chagrin of my laptop), but these annoying squares insist on persisting. Any (intelligent) thoughts? dxdiag included

your Intel HD drivers are from 2011, but i'm not sure if they stopped support or you just haven't updated. You might want to check out intel support for new drivers, just in case. The rest looks fine. Better wait for SXX's response though.
You're totally right, it's drivers issue. @robotgeekguy To update drivers download and install "win64_152822.exe" from Intel website: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23764 If you get "not validated for this computer" error download ZIP version of driver ("win64_152822.zip") from same page and then install it using this instruction: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558749190911446231/
