i hope air units in PA don't have Fuel bars like the ones in Sup Com FA
i felt the fact of refueling them as an annoying feature of Sup Com FA

No, they won't. It wasn't a very good mechanic.
Bombers have ammo bar, through. Currently it regenerates on the fly, but further balancing may (or may not) change that.

It's an ammo bar not a fuel bar. Lots more tuning to do here. I also want to show this in the hover over state in the bottom left. Incidentally a lot of units use this same system but you don't see the info anywhere (e.g. all artillery, catapults etc).

They don't have fuel. They have ammo instead.

Bombers use energy with each shot. They have a certain storage and a certain recharge rate. If you have negative energy, your bombers will become useless.

In the future defense towers will also use energy.
