Hey, I've been trying to make an air unit that lands on the ground then idle, how air used to function before the Titans release. I though it would be as simple as adding a positive "hover_time" to navigation. But it isn't working. Is it still possible or has this functionality been removed from the engine?
All I can tell you is that I tried and failed to get air units to land. You can look at the base_flyer.json for more flight behaviour variables that might get you what you want. There is however no air unit that I know of that lands when idle in non-modded Titans, so no example to copy.
Well I had tried using the pre-titans unit files from PADB. Hopefully someone with engine access (@mikeyh) will let us know if it's still possible.
