Found this AI on a 10 way FFA. Just sat there the entire match... Hopefully this'll be helpful @sorian
This seems to be a side effect of the reduced metal spots on planets now. Seems like if an AI spawns with 1/2 metal they'll build one factory and assist it rather than expanding.
I had this happen on a 10ai FFA i was spectating. Unfortunately, it was a local game since i did this to test my server
