Is there any way to change the sensitivity when firing to match the sensitivity used for the rest of the game? Its really painful to start firing with the Gunner's minigun and then have to adjust your mouse movements to compensate for the lower sensitivity setting. Is this working as intended? Because if so, its a puzzling design choice.

    I believe this is intended.

My sensitivity is the same regardless of whether I'm firing or not.. Tested it with the minigun. From one side of my mouse pad to the other I do about 2.2 rotations, regardless of whether I'm firing or not.

I don't see how. The Minigun is a very deadly weapon so while it is firing decreased aim movement kind of balances it out.

I dont think it really balances it out (for instance, if your mouse sensitivity is set low, the miniguns firing might be exactly the same sensitivity as normal) it just makes firing it feel really awkward. The minigun is balanced, in part, by decreased movement speed while firing, decreased aim sensitivity has a much larger impact on enjoyment of use than actual balance.

Well, there must be some way to turn it off, since I don't see that behavior..
