Does anyone know specifically how to access it, because I'm trying to get some avatars from certain animes.
You should be able to create an overseas account from any country on your console that will be able to access that country's marketplace. I know I have a name on my console that's some asian country(Taiwan, maybe?) because every so often they will have games for free over there(I've gotten Plants vs Zombies last year and pretty recently got that D&D Daggerdale game for free too.) I don't remember being asked for this info when I made the account on my xbox but in case you need it for some reason, here's a japanese address if you need that and want to make a japanese account : Postal code: 150-2345 Province: Tokyo-to Phone Number: 098-974-0604 Daggerdale might still be free.
The address is for LMP's house...some "Domino's Pizza near Akebonobashi Station in Tokyo." make a hotmail account or live.com account from japan and then do it on live change the language to english so you can readit and enjoy
All you have to do is go to xbox.com with a unregistered email from any country, select country you want then download gt onto your xbox. you won't be able to buy content unless you have points from that country and avatar stuff does not carry over from gt to gt. hope that helps
It does what doesn't work anymore is changing your locale on your console to access another regions marketplace.
