I have heard reports from people who have emailed support@uberent.com, had support tickets made for them, and have not had the problems dealt with, let alone a response from Uber Entertainment's Support Team. Uber has no real reason for taking over a few days, let alone a few weeks to respond to any person's genuine request for help and assistance with their issues. I personally have never sent a support ticket and am merely just basing this post off what others have said, but nevertheless, my real question is whether or not there is is any real reason why Uber Support Staff seem unable to respond to support requests made by their customers. Given that some of the requests I have heard were made in excess of two weeks ago, and have gone without response or resolution, I make this post merely in the hopes that Uber will address these surely overdue tickets and resolve their customers' issues as soon as possible, and if they are actually able to respond to said requests, how long should a customer expect before their ticket is addressed by a support team member.
1. You didn't have to repost, you could have PM'd a mod to move your original thread. 2. Just because someone's issue hasn't been resolved doesn't mean Uber isn't working on it. Possible reasons for delay Issue turned out to be harder to fix than it looked Ticket submission included too little information to act upon Response from Uber got dumped into Junk/Spam folder or was deleted by accident The one who sent the complaint never followed up On top of all that, you have only "heard" one side, which may or may not be embellished, and have no experience with the ticket system yourself. So why should anyone, let alone Uber, care about your "Why does Uber support suck?" query?
I've heard reports that eating fast food makes you fat by some people. I don't eat fast food but since I heard others were getting fat from eating it I find that unacceptable.
