About the Able Commander

It's great and all that uber's giving people an incentive to donate to charity (although there is no way for a specific purchase in a game to be tax exempt so taxes are deducted, from my understanding). I totally approve of that.

What I have to ask is why use a kickstarter com as the incentive? Why not a variant of Nemicus or Centurion or Gamma or Calyx? It still seems messed up to sell a retextured kickstarter com, regardless of whether the proceeds are going to charity or not. You promised the KS backers that the com would be exclusive and the fact that the proceeds of the com are going to charity doesn't change the fact that you're still selling something when you had promised not to do so.

It's still in the PTE, it very well could be a placeholder.

Can we all be patient about this? Please? Just this once actually wait for all the pieces instead of instantly calling the worst?

Heads up: me locking the previous thread was meant to be an indication that I'm not going to engage with venomous responses over an in-game item that benefits a wonderful charity.

I really don't like how, instead of celebrating this moment, I have to write "please stop making threads."
