Admittedly this could be a double edged sword but personally I like switching to the non stacked team to help them out as I find one sided matches incredibly boring and its much more satisfying taking down a good player than somone who is obviously fairly new to the game. Perhaps a small cash reward could even be granted if somone switched from the winning team to the losing one, although admittedly this may be hard to impliment - i guess it could be based on total team cash. Anyway just some thoughts after playing Crossfire pretty much exclusively as gunner to lvl 60.
they never had the team picking because it was easier to generate teams that way and work with searching for matches easier. Im hoping they just make the team picking for private matches only. This way more people will play privates and not wait 30 mins to set one up.
The key to private matches is to set minimum players required to start to 12, no more team making hassle but nvm go on.
