Ability for each Army to start on a different planet.

A feature that is sorely missing, is the ability for an Army to choose what planet they want to start on. And in the case of the AI, for the player to specify their starting planet. This would be a fantastic setup for a longer game, as every player could have an entire planet to themselves at the start.

Yup, it was always part of the plan, it just hasn't been implemented yet.
