I got this idea from the first star trek movie where a giant laser was used to drill to the centre of the planet and then dropped a black hole bomb into the hole and the black hole that was generated consumed the planet. or you could also drop a nuclear bomb to break the planet into a pile of small astroids. have the drill though on the planet. I recommend looking at the star trek movie to see it been used.

Don't mention either corrupted star trek movie. Don't even think about it.

Real science fiction doesn't have black holes made from planets.

Mass. What do you know about it? It takes stars HUNDREDS of times as big as our Sun in order to make black holes. There's no way for something as small as a planet to make a black hole.

Why the heck is this in modding?

It's possible to make very small black holes in a supercollider, at least hypothetically. The catch is that these small black holes will probably explode long before they suck in anything worth noticing. I reckon you could make a fairly threatening black hole out of a planet if you had the appropriate technology.

Being a Nuclear engineer..... Energy is related to mass, protons are believed to have created micro black holes inside of the LHC @ CERN albeit their velocities were approaching the speed of light and their angles of collisions were of the highest geometric precision... you're correct in saying that black wholes need mass.. but for the wrong reason. Sorry... But it bothered me that much...
