I'm fairly certain that it is impossible to do such a thing on the Xbox, but hey this is a wishlist after all. And the newcomers could use all the help they can get. If it weren't for the strategy and tactics forum, I wouldn't be the perfectly mediocre player I am today. :lol:
It's possible, but the question is getting it into a form that would be acceptable to XBL. You couldn't just post message boards on the dashboard or make them available in-game; the closest to that I've seen is a certain zombie game having an in-game blog updated with mostly-text versions of it's official blog. I'd imagine Microsoft is too scared of someone doing something they disapprove of that's only on their servers by proxy and therefore not having direct control of it Y'know, like saying how retarded their improvements to things like Bing, the 360's blindness-causing dashboard, Zune, or the Windows phone are.
