It probably won't work too well on console(hence a 360 player posting in the PC section lol), but how about adding an aura of some sort to players that perform exceptionally well on a consistent basis? I was thinking there could be a few different auras depending on what it is they did exceptionally well. Skulls: Kills. $$$: Top earner. Moneyball: Deals lots of damage to them most of the time. Wrench: Does crazy high amounts of healing/repairing/overhealing. Rockit: Spends lots of money on turrents outside of Blitz. I was just thinking it'd be a good way for players that aren't too experienced to figure out what players would be a greater threat and possibly get a slightly better idea of what each class does(e.g. skulls would probably appear more on Gunner and Sniper but $$$ would be more likely to appear on Assassin). Also, bragging rights for players that keep on performing well: stop playing for awhile? No more aura for you, you're rusty!
I remember something like that in a game before .... but I just don't get the name . I really do like the idea, skull next to my tanky tank would be AWESOME or a little walking bot for my assa .
Hello there, stranger! That's an interesting concept, for sure. I'm not sure about the practicality for anyone as the classes generally have specific roles they excel at (Though i'm an assassin likely to get the moneyball aura) so opportunity for learning is questionable.
Check the scoreboard alot, it'll generally give the player a good amount of information. You'll know who is getting money via pros, who is geting money via bots, who has streaks going, and who is a threat.
Oh, snap. Then crates fall out of the sky containing them, and you must then find BACON to open them! :lol:
