really? I think the most backer, we have will just move up to higher pledge, but new backers so many I dont know :s

I think there will be a last minute burst, especially if everyone spreads the word of the tactical single-player galaxy-conquering rts of this game, and that same mode being playable as a multiplayer tactical galaxy-conquering rts game, on top of the game having smaller matches where you build armies and fight amongst planets.

Imagine a rts where you and an enemy start on a planet, build an army, expand and fight throughout other planets of different types for resources and weapons, and conquer over your enemy... and then if you want to, participating in a galactic scale where you move from solar system to solar system conquering with battle after battle.

With how much is already in this game, these features would attract more interested people, even if it's just the backers for 20 to reserve the game for cheap.

2200 yesterday, getting that again takes takes us to 40k, I'm allowing 2k for the final run bump. I think it's a reasonable guess.

I am glad you allow us 2k . Well if we look it like that, then I agree its quite possible!

40000 backers at an average of $50, I'd say the game has already gone gold.
