1. The change orbit button does nothing. 2. The cancel button when you're annihilating does nothing 3. If the planet that the halleys are on is above a planet in the UI, the planet below the smashable will be obstructed by the smashable's UI and therefore annihilation of it will be impossible. First two should be too easy to repro. If it matters on the third one, another planet had already been smashed.
