3 people playing through same LAN online = disconnects

We can play fine for maybe 10-15 minutes then it just lags out, makes LAN parties very unfun, I'm sure this doesn't crop up much so I was wondering if anyone else has had the same faults or any idea how to fix this? We're all playing on separate steam accounts and can play fine if we're all not on the same IP.
