1 file fails to validate every time?

subject says it all.
Everytime i validate the integrity of my files, 1 always fails and is redownloaded. Even right after the download it fails.

Any way to find out what file it is?

Change your download location.

already did, same deal.

the file is only 1k

thats normal, everybody has the same thing. it just that mnc updated one of the ini files when you start the game, hash does not match anymore and steam wants to redownload it. just ignore it. its normal behaviour. and won't affect your game.
