    I had a look and noticed a very unusual difference between the amount of video ram detected by the 2 operating systems,
    I replied in you bug thread and alerted a dev with my finding too in an attempt to help find and fix the issue.

    If you make a post in the support forum with a copy of your dxdiag.txt, i may be able to find a way to get game running, it will be online only, the offline version requires 64bit.

  Ive been using the forum. Now after this new forum. I go to create thread and I could make a title but I cant type in the area to make a message. Is this a known bug.

    Not sure if it is a bug..
    I recommend "Clearing Browser Cache"
    It fixes most forum and webpage issues i have.

  i am really not good with mods, i barely know how to install them( i understand how to install simple mods).
  i have 0 experience with making mods,
  i am trying to use mods in skyrim, it been tough, lucky i installed nexus mod manager

    have you changed you windows desktop to 1280x720 ?
    I suggest set desktop resolution to that then set in game settings to meduim/low.
    
    Umm easiest way for me to help you would be post a DxDiag.txt in bug and issues forum.
    Just make new post "For Max" and attach DxDiag.txt to first post in thread :)
    
    I will see if i can help make game run better for you :)

    are you using Mods ??
    If your using mods some mods causing game to not function properly, this includes a spawn bug that makes green cirle not appear and increases game load time to over 3-5 minutes :(
    I think its commander HP mod and using outdated mod manager.

    i think mod has been fixed, you may need to update mod manually.
    If you are using mods, try playing with no mod at all, then turn only 1 mod on at a time until you find one that causes issue.

  Loving the performance boosting work your doing. Quick question- is there any chance your modified shaders would speed up my Nvidia powered laptop (it's got quite a basic fermi based GT420m, to be honest its running better than I would have expected but its still a little slow).
