I bought game on amazon

    I pre ordered this game around a month ago and I finally got the game today now after all the hassle I've had to download the game I have 2 issues:
    1. For some reason no matter what I do no matter how many times I've changed my password I simply cannot login AT ALL to my Uber launcher account on from my short cut and only way I can login in is if I go to the main website and log in.
    Now here is where my 2nd problem comes in:

Once I log in the the main website in an attempt to activate my game and even change my password(I've changed it more than 8 times now) I still cant log in ( username password are incorrect) AND I'm struggling to work out where my activation key even is, I can only guess its either the numbers on the back of my quick start guide or the code which seems to be on my disc and NEITHER of them work
    so help would be very appreciated since I spent around £23 on this game thanks.

    Ok I've waited all day for an answer and I still haven't got anything at all is nobody going to even attempt to help my problem?

    I recommend submitting a support ticket to Uber for this. You can do this from the support site: http://support.uberent.com.

    Ok I posted 3 days ago on the forums with my problem I didn't get an answer until I complained, Then when I got a reply I was told to make a ticket on the support page, which I have done and STILL I haven't had 1 reply yet, I took into consideration that you won't be able to reply right away and that I should wait, but 3 days and STILL nothing? really disappointed with the support.
    My ticket number is: 625747
    I'd really appreciate a response sometime soon as I've been waiting half a week now to play this game..

    They are SERIOUSLY swamped, 3 days really is not very long for support considering it's usually at least 24 hours for most companies, and days to get a comprehensive answer out of them.

    Also, we're not support technicians here, and there's just to much for all of us to comb through every day. Is your previous thread still around? If so can you link it? I'll try to get you some help.

    Edit: you only waited 8 hours on your thread, patience. Many of the more helpful guys were likely asleep when you posted. (Just bad luck really)

    Can you see your key there? (It may not show up, my Steam key doesn't, for example.)

    Are you attempting to log in with your display name, or account name? You can log into your UberNet account on the web, correct?

    As for the activation issue, what response are you getting when you attempt to use it?

    One thing to keep in mind is that two of those three days that you waited were during the weekend. Their support team (usually just one person as far as I know) does not work weekends. We were also told on Friday that their main support employee was out sick that day, so that could be contributing to some of the delay.

    I waited 8 hours in my thread to get an answer from anybody( Until I complained) also I have never even heard of a support which takes longer than 24 hours, and I have tried to be patient hence why I gave it another 24 hours after but I honestly feel like no help is coming my way, if your that badly swamped I guess I have no other choice but to wait a few more days, all I wanted was reassurance that somebody is listening to my concerns

    Just merged the two threads. Uber is a relatively small company, and as has been said, support around release time is naturally going to be swamped (plus it was over a weekend). So while I can imagine it's frustrating, they are working as fast as they can to answer support queries in the order they arrive.

    I just appreciate somebody telling me what is going on..lol, also I don't know if you can answer this for me or not but, I have the CD and game manual, simple question is do you have any idea where the serial code is to activate my game?

    You have not dealt with RMAs enough then :p

    If your ticket was submitted, then mkrater will get to it in chronological order, it's there and will be addressed, don't worry. Delays to playing games sucks, but at least your on the right track.

    Hi all - did this get resolved as I have the same issue with no activation code on my hard copy of the game from Amazon.

    where is it on the disc?
