Screw her. It's really annoying! I don't want some techno lady to tell me to build structure XY. And apparently you can't disable it without also disabling nuke warnings... this needs to change. Ideally you should have a list of ALL voice messages, so you can select only the ones you want.


This game is really good at annoying you with completely superfluous nonsense in general... it started with the super annoying UI feedback sounds and apparently now had a climax in bot chatter... seriously... extremely annoying. Whoever is responsible for all those things...

I rather like the audio myself... I guess it's a matter of personal preference though so +1 for an options menu for the audio prompts More choice is better in my book.

I hate it when even goes off while in the pause menu, while not even landed or while modding.
And while playing I don't notice anyway.

I've had it off virtually since it came out.

I complained a bunch of times on the forum about how it was to loud even at 1% volume compared to the other sounds.

getting no results I conceded to turning it off even though I really like how it sounds and I would like to have announcements.

the only reason I turned it back on was so I wouldn't have to always look at the notifications; is way easier to listen.

But wow is she loud. Though I suppose she's meant to be heard over all other sounds. ..

I really like the sounds we have, though putting in hooks for custom sound packs would be brilliant.

A mod that replaces the voice prompts with Zaphod for instance.

"build more energy factories" becomes "oh my GOD man your power!"
