Also, when you watch it it's an 84 minute GW game where stuff is clearly happening but you can't see any of it, trees disappear but no units/structures ever show up.

I bet they were testing out a new build or something. Either that or it could be a recorded modded game, as if someone without the mod watches I guess it breaks?

Developers have ability to increase simulation speed for testing purposes.
I guess empty game can be simulated with unlimited speed.

PS: Though personally I guess it's just some UI or database glitch and not actual replay that long, but who knows...

I am more astonished by the games below... 450 min, 504 min, 415 min, thats like 7 to 8 hours lol! HOW can a game be that long xD

Since you can't save, I would bet it was somebody pausing the game and leaving to do something else.
