Kickstarter key on steam ? :D

Well i supported the development pretty early on. - 11/1/2012

Now I'm wondering will I be able to eventually trade my key for a steam key ?
Just seems much easier for me to have on steam.

Allready tryed activiating the key on steam and ofcourse it did not work.

You can get a steam key.

Due to fraud, I believe you have to contact support to do so.

I believe you can do it simply by connecting your use rent account to your steam account.

I read something about them disabling that feature because people were scamming the system.

Or maybe that was just with kickstarter keys?

Same here, supported the KS campaign for retail version and can't find my activation code in my account at all.
Let's see how many days\weeks it will take to devs to reply my email.

You should've gotten an e-mail a few months ago when the game was made available to all backers.
If you can't find that I am sure support won't be that slow

Yes, I had an email that asked to claim my pledge and created an account here, yet my account is completly empty with no activation code or anything else listed on it.

I am also in the same boat. I am a KS backer and was hoping to play today but I am not seeing my key anywhere and I tried linking it to Steam and it did not work. I tried creating two support tickets but got no confirmation email at all. Yes I triple checked the email is correct. I have a purchase confirmation number and everything...

+1, no confirmation email for support ticket.
Also I was unable to press the button at email verification page after re-enteering my password. No sure if it is because I have no Java or something else.

Yet it looks like that I linked my Uber account to my Steam account just fine.

I have key Uber key and created a ticket to get a Steam one. Sadly, i did not get confirmation email (checked spam folder too).

I did get a confirmation mail rigth after contacting support, been waiting for a steam key since monday now I finally want to add it to my steam library after a pc format

Hey uberaccountz I looked at the screen shot you should probably blank out your email btw but I noticed that you haven't verified it. Maybe that's part of the problem?

how is that even possible? Steam's DRM is top notch, I don't see how people could fool them.

People were scamming the system that gets a steam key. It's not fooling the steam system, it's fooling Uber's system to get a steam key.

Everything is good for me now. Thanks to Support (oh man these are crunchy weekends for them) I got reply to my Kickstarter request.
