    Hey guys
Ive been playing this game for a little while now and I am missing a (for me) very important feature.
When holding and dragging to queue up a line of buildings in one direction, there should be a button to hold down after choosing the amount in one line, then being able to drag in the y-direction to queue up an array of buildings, lets say 2x4 or 4x4 in a rectangle. This would be very useful, especially as I have come to think in matches with one planet, where expanding in a direction early would mean enemy contact.

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this.

P.S.: i have bought a new PC just for this game after one day of trial. I have been playing total annihilation back in the days like a crazyman, and I love every moment of PA! Good Job guys!
    cheers

Hey that's a great idea bigdogal. Nick@Uber should chime in on this. (I've been pressing for heterogenous build patterns, but this seems simpler to implement. Build patterns are, apparently, already moddable.)

Building multiple lines is much more efficient than using several buttons to enlarge the width. you also get the ability to start in a different location. you shouldn't build anything in a group anyway or a nuke will finish it in one go. boom there goes your production/eco.
