Alpha/Beta specific Commanders?

As someone who purchased the game during it's (very early) beta phase, I have spent most of my games playing with the delta (now Invictus), Alpha, Raptor (Nemicus) and Quad (Osirus) commanders.

Then gamma came and several new commanders were introduced: including but not limited to the Theta, Centurion, etc.

Since there are Commanders that are specific to Alpha backers, (and not Beta or Gamma), Then there should be Commanders that are available to only Alpha and Beta backers.

Then the group that is available to everyone whom purchased before the game's release, and lastly the group that is available to every Player.

I know that that Commanders are expensive to produce, but you could move a Commander that already exists into this category.

Theta is for pre release only, this is confirmed.

The Theta is the "Gamma" commander. The Progenitor is the "Beta" Commander.

Actually there is a real Gamma commander... Also, progenitor isn't really a good example because it's not even available for Beta players, only KS buyers (Oh and the buyers on the Uber store, I forgot...)

We all know there is a Gamma commander. The poll states that Theta should be Alpha/Beta specific, but that's just not the case. It was revealed as a Gamma commander and so it shall remain. I personally think that putting the Quad Osirus or the Raptor Centurion (or maybe even Nemicus) in the reserved spot would be a good move. But that's just me.

No. Progenitor is some special occasion, I don't have it, and I was around since Beta. But the Theta part is true.

So at this point, no there isn't a Beta specific commander.


*Note, when I say Beta-specific, as common sense would tell you, it also means Alpha specific

Has everyone forgotten the Delta Commander? Thats your Beta commander right there.

Theta is exclusive to early access buyers, Progenitor is exclusive to a certain tier of kickstarter backers IIRC.

Progenitor: Kickstarter 50$+, Galactic and Cosmic editions
Alpha: Kickstarter 90$+, Galactic and Cosmic editions
Delta: Kickstarter 90+, Cosmic edition
Theta: All Kickstarter, Uber, Galactic, Cosmic and Steam early access editions

No separate commanders for individual pre-release phases.

By early access I meant "pretty much anyone who buys the game before it actually comes out", rather than steam's thing. But yeah, thanks for the details.

People are misunderstanding. I'm not asking if there is a com, I am suggesting there be a com for people from Beta. People from Beta sort of got the short end of the stick.

That would be the Theta Commander. Everyone who buys the game before it officially releases gets it.

Then a Gamma Specific commander (Theta) would suffice, right?

You know people from Alpha didn't get a special commander either? Not if you bought it on Steam at least.

I always want to get the progenitor commander so bad, I got the game when it was 50 dollars. I think Uber should make a lot more commanders in armory, there are a lot of similar commanders in armory (4 legs ones).
