Hi there I just dl & installed PA for the first time. I just got a .exe and .dll in install dir, i'm launching the UberLauncher.exe and got instant crash. Tried some base compatibility issue (admin rights, launch as Wx). Windows 8.1.1 Pro french legit 670GTX Asus drivers up to date Tried to install VC++ x64 credentials, and dx10 setup from another topic (same end), happening again. May be it's a .NET issue. Someone tell me on the irc channel that que launcher use coherent ui. This seems fo use .NET, right ? I've .NET 3.5 and 4.5 installed. Did you know wich version of .NET is used ? I tried the .NET repair tool, still crashing. XaT

Yeah i install (and reboot) that (i saw that on another thread with same problem recently). Check the page you gived, no problem with those softwares. I've got no idea now Did you know on what is based the launcher ? It must be a compatiblity issue, don't where to find :/ I tried to install it on G:, not C:, is this a problem ? (tried on C:, same problem) XaT
Maybe that's the problem. Try installing the launcher/game on the C: Drive. But before you do that, you may want to free up some space; there is only 7 GB of free space remaining on your SSD.
