So I am posting here again. I have purchased PA yesterday and I cannot find the Steam key option anywhere. I have to admit I am really angry now. I bought a product and the option I am looking for is nowhere to be found, not to mention "Checking Manifest" "Updating" takes at least 10 minutes before I start the game with their launcher. Support is taking their sweet time it is a long time since I submited a ticket and NO response so far. Do you know any way HOW to get Steam key ? Or where is EXACLY the Steam key option because I have no idea where it is or is supposed to be.
SXX already gave you an answer in the other thread ... It's the week-end and they are currently busy at PAX-Prime. You can't seriously expect a 24/24 presence from such an independent development studio ... Don't get angry about stuff like that, enjoy the game, this will get sorted out next week
I don't expect immidiate support, but I would like it a day after the purchase as they promise it and have it in their FAQ. SSX said I have to wait for them. I am NOT asking for speeding up the ticket, I want to know if I am doing something wrong FFS.
You are the second person I heard bring this up, and in only a short time, so this has to have been a very recent and short term outtage of this service. Something must have broke in the generator for this? I am sure they will have it up soon, been working all this time so it can't be too hard to get it back. Of course, it seems like EVERY time they go to PAX we get these threads.
