Cant start game need help

i just bought this game a few minutes ago and tried to start it when it just crashed before i was able to see anything.
I tried several things like graka update directx etc.

I really dont know the problem and i understood that you will need the dxdiag file so here it is

As @lokiCML said, you have outdated drivers and an old video card. But most importantly, you only have 4GB of RAM:
