    Hello,

I checked your Dxdiag, and it states that you have two GPU's installed.

    Code:
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
    Display Memory: 4038 MB
    Dedicated Memory: 1990 MB
    Shared Memory: 2048 MB
    Driver Date/Size: 7/2/2014 16:48:32, 17555104 bytes

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS
    Display Memory: 4060 MB
    Dedicated Memory: 605 MB
    Shared Memory: 3455 MB
    Driver Date/Size: 7/2/2014 16:48:32, 17555104 bytes
What GPU is your computer using? I think your game crashed when the weaker GPU ran out of video memory or when the two GPUs conflicted.

Suggestion(s): Try disabling your weaker GPU in the BIOS and setting the GTX 670 to be your primary card.
In the meantime, I'll get @SXX over here...

I checked your new Dxdiag and here's what I found:

    Code:
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
    Driver File Version: 9.18.0013.4052 (English)
    Driver Version: 9.18.13.3182 <--
    Driver Date/Size: 7/2/2014 16:48:32, 17555104 bytes
It seems that your video card driver did not update properly. Your driver version is 331.82, but the newest one, 340.52, was released a week ago. Here are a few lines from my Dxdiag to prove it:

    Code:
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
    Driver File Version: 9.18.0013.4052 (English)
    Driver Version: 9.18.13.4052 <--
    Driver Date/Size: 7/2/2014 13:48:32, 17555104 bytes
You will want to reinstall your graphics drivers completely in order to fix the issue. Here is the link for the newest set of drivers:

Waiting for @SXX to provide more info...

EDIT: The screenshot you provided is of a Galactic War. Have you tried a single player skirmish?

That screenshot is from a Galactic War. Have you tried playing a single player skirmish?

I found something peculiar about your monitor:

    Code:
    Current Mode: 1280 x 1024 (32 bit) (60Hz)
    Monitor Name: Dell 1908FP(Digital)
    Monitor Model: DELL 1908FP
It would be best if you try purchasing a 1080p monitor and testing the game on it. PA runs perfectly fine on my 1080p screen without any crashes.

Also, have you disabled all anti-virus/firewall software? For more information, please see this thread by @SXX: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558751813508748383/
